Is there a minimum retail order?
You can order as few as one standard retail cookie. Other bakery services have their own minimums.
Can I mix oversized retail flavors?
Yes. Choose any combination and quantity of the eight currently available oversized retail flavors.
How much is each retail cookie?
$8 each for seven flavors; Dirt Cookie is $9. Cash is charged at the listed price. Eligible credit card payments include a 3% credit card processing fee.
How big are the standard retail cookies?
Our oversized cookies weigh 8 ounces or more and measure 4 to 4.5 inches across. Seven oversized flavors weigh 8 ounces each; Dirt Cookie weighs 9 ounces.
Where do I pick up my retail cookie order?
Choose Saturday pickup at the Franklin Amphitheater Parking Lot in Franklin, Indiana, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., or Whiteland Library Parking Lot at the Clark Pleasant Branch, 350 Clearwater Blvd., Whiteland, IN 46184, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Meet us outside in the parking lot. These are public meeting locations, not affiliated organizations. No regular Sunday retail pickup.
When should I order for Saturday pickup?
Orders in by Thursday at noon. The cutoff is Thursday at 12:00 p.m. Indiana time for both oversized cookies and LadyBug Flights at either Saturday pickup location. Availability and your pickup window are confirmed after review.
What is a LadyBug Flight?
Six delicious 4 oz cookies. Six flavors. $24. One of each: Oatmeal Butterscotch Raisin, Apple Ever After, The Founder’s S’mores, The Classic, Autumn Night, Cinnamon Roll Cookie.
Can I choose the flavors in a LadyBug Flight?
No. Each Flight has the same curated six-flavor assortment. Substitutions are not offered.
Are Flight cookies the same size as oversized cookies?
Each LadyBug Flight includes six delicious 4 oz cookies. Our oversized individual retail cookies weigh 8 ounces or more: seven flavors are 8 ounces each, and Dirt Cookie is 9 ounces.
Can I order multiple Flights or combine them with oversized cookies?
Yes. Order one or more complete LadyBug Flights, with or without oversized individual cookies, in the same retail request. The same Saturday pickup options, Thursday-noon cutoff, and retail payment rules apply.
Do you offer home pickup or shipping for retail orders?
No. LadyBug’s Bakery is home-based, but retail pickup takes place at approved public locations. We do not ship. Request local delivery separately; we confirm availability and any charge before payment.
When is my retail order confirmed?
Submitting the form sends an order request. LadyBug’s Bakery reviews your request and confirms availability and your selected pickup window. Cash is due at the confirmed handoff. Credit card customers receive a secure electronic payment request after approval and complete payment to reserve the order.
Can a business order only six cookies?
Yes. Branded business orders start at one six-cookie box, with lower per-box pricing at larger quantities.
