Orders and payment

An online submission is an order request, not an automatic reservation. LadyBug’s Bakery reviews the date, fulfillment, flavors, and capacity before confirming availability and providing the instructions for your selected payment method.

• Standard retail cookies are sold individually: $8 each for seven flavors; Dirt Cookie is $9. Order any available mix, starting with one cookie. Our oversized cookies weigh 8 ounces or more and measure 4 to 4.5 inches across. Seven oversized retail flavors weigh 8 ounces each; Dirt Cookie weighs 9 ounces. We determine suitable packaging for the quantity ordered.
• LadyBug Flight: Six delicious 4 oz cookies. Six flavors. $24. Each complete variety box includes one of each: Oatmeal Butterscotch Raisin, Apple Ever After, The Founder’s S’mores, The Classic, Autumn Night, Cinnamon Roll Cookie. The assortment is fixed and substitutions are not offered. Order multiple Flights, with or without oversized cookies in the same retail request.
• Retail and personal orders: Cash or Credit Card. Cash is charged at the listed price.
• One-time business orders: ACH Bank Transfer, Business Check, Cash, or Credit Card. ACH, business check, and cash are charged at the listed price with no credit card processing fee.
• Business subscriptions: Automatic ACH (preferred) or Credit Card on File.
• Eligible credit card payments include a 3% credit card processing fee.
• Delivery charges, when applicable, are disclosed before payment.
• Orders in by Thursday at noon. The cutoff is Thursday at 12:00 p.m. Indiana time for Saturday pickup of oversized cookies and LadyBug Flights. Requests require bakery confirmation. Local retail delivery requests need at least 3 days’ notice and separate confirmation.
• Please request branded business boxes at least 7 days ahead.

Credit card totals estimate an eligible transaction. The payment processor determines final eligibility; debit and prepaid transactions are not automatically subject to this fee.

Cash orders

We will review your request and confirm availability. Cash is due at the agreed public pickup or delivery handoff.

Credit card orders

We will review your request and confirm availability, then send a secure electronic payment request. Complete payment to reserve your order. Eligible credit card payments include a 3% credit card processing fee.

Business ACH and check orders

We will review your request, confirm availability, and send ACH bank transfer instructions with the payment due date. Pay the listed price.

We will review your request, confirm availability, and provide business check payee, handoff, and payment timing instructions. Pay the listed price.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if plans change. Changes and cancellations are accepted until production begins. Your order confirmation will state the applicable cutoff. After baking or custom print production begins, the committed portion of the order is nonrefundable. If LadyBug’s Bakery must cancel, you will receive a full refund.

Quality concerns and refunds

If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and the order details. Depending on the issue and timing, we will offer a replacement, bakery credit, or refund. We cannot replace cookies because of a personal flavor preference after the correct order was provided.

Pickup, delivery, and shipping

Standard retail orders

There is no regular Sunday retail pickup. Request local retail delivery separately; we confirm availability and any delivery charge before payment.

Other bakery services

Local pickup is an agreed public meetup at one of the locations below. These locations are available independently of public events. Local delivery may be offered depending on the date and area, with any charge confirmed before payment. We do not ship.

If you are delayed for pickup, contact us promptly. We will try to arrange another reasonable handoff, but same-day availability and refunds are not guaranteed for missed pickups.

Ingredients, allergens, and Indiana homestead vendor information

The current flavor guides describe each cookie and its key components. Recipes and supplier ingredients can change, so the label attached to the physical product lists the complete ingredients, net weight, and major allergens for that batch.

Products are made in a home kitchen where other allergens may be present. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, contact us before ordering so we can review the current product label and production conditions with you. We cannot promise an allergen-free environment.

In accordance with the Indiana rules used by the bakery in 2026, every wrapped product label includes the producer name and address, product description, ingredients, net weight, allergen and cross-contact information, and the required homestead vendor disclosure.

Custom artwork, Celebrations, and branded orders

Branded and Celebration orders begin at one six-cookie box. We prepare supplied artwork for print and provide a digital proof for your approval. Reasonable proof corrections are included.

The customer confirms that they have permission to use the logos, images, and text supplied. Printing begins only after proof approval. After custom print production begins, the committed portion of the order is nonrefundable.

Business cookie subscription

Scheduled local subscription delivery is included in Whiteland, New Whiteland, Franklin, and Greenwood. Contact us for availability and a custom quote outside the normal service area. Subscription cookies remain a separate 4-ounce product sold by the dozen.

Business cookie subscription submissions are estimates and requests, not automatic reservations or signed agreements. LadyBug’s Bakery reviews the delivery address, quantity, frequency, preferred schedule, pricing, production capacity, and requested subscription term before providing or accepting a final agreement.

When the subscription is approved, the recurring payment method and authorization are established with the agreement. Automatic ACH is preferred; Credit Card on File is also available. Automatic ACH has no credit card processing fee. Eligible credit card payments include a 3% credit card processing fee. Payments occur automatically each month in advance for the deliveries scheduled during the following calendar month, on the agreed billing date. A brief courtesy period may be allowed at LadyBug’s Bakery’s discretion, but it is not guaranteed. LadyBug’s Bakery is not required to begin production or make a delivery while an account is past due.

If a scheduled delivery falls on a day the customer’s business is closed for a recognized holiday, delivery will be made on the preceding business day unless the parties agree in writing to another date. The customer must provide at least 5 business days’ notice of a business-specific closure LadyBug’s Bakery could not reasonably be expected to know about.

The customer may skip or pause up to one scheduled delivery per calendar quarter with at least 5 business days’ written notice. A temporary quantity reduction may be requested with the same notice, but the delivery must remain at or above the 1-dozen minimum. Permanent reductions, frequency changes, or term changes require written approval. Additional cookies may be requested subject to availability and current pricing.

If payment is not made when due, LadyBug’s Bakery may suspend production and delivery, provide written notice of default, and allow 15 calendar days to cure the default. After an uncured default, LadyBug’s Bakery may terminate the agreement and may assess the Early Termination Charge.

If the customer terminates before the subscription end date, or LadyBug’s Bakery terminates because of an uncured customer default, LadyBug’s Bakery may assess an Early Termination Charge equal to 25% of the value of the remaining scheduled deliveries. Any unpaid amounts already due remain payable. LadyBug’s Bakery may waive or reduce the charge when circumstances justify doing so.

If a delivery arrives damaged or clearly not fresh, the customer should notify LadyBug’s Bakery within 24 hours. LadyBug’s Bakery will provide a replacement on the next available delivery day or an appropriate credit or refund. If LadyBug’s Bakery cannot complete a scheduled delivery, it will offer a replacement on the next available delivery day or provide a credit or refund.

Cookies purchased through this program are for the purchasing customer’s own use, including use by employees, clients, customers, guests, or gift recipients, and are not for resale.

The signed Business Cookie Subscription Agreement contains the complete terms and controls the subscription.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to answer you and prepare an order, such as your name, business name, email, phone, requested date, order details, delivery area, and any artwork you later provide. Subscription requests may also include the legal business name, authorized representative, billing email, business delivery address and instructions, delivery preferences, frequency, subscription dates, payment-method preference, and requested special terms. We do not sell personal information.

Order forms are sent through this website to our business email using a secure form-delivery provider. Electronic payments and recurring payment authorizations are arranged securely through the payment provider after approval. This website collects your payment-method preference, not card numbers or bank account details. We share information with service providers only as needed to deliver the request, payment, or order, and keep records only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, accounting, and legal requirements.

This site does not currently use advertising cookies or customer-tracking analytics. Because no optional tracking cookies are used, there is no cookie-consent banner to dismiss. Basic server logs may temporarily record technical information needed for security and reliable operation.
