Orders and payment

An online submission is an order request, not an automatic reservation. LadyBug’s Bakery reviews the date, fulfillment, flavors, and capacity before sending a secure Elavon invoice. Your order is reserved after the invoice is paid.

• Standard boxes are $50 for six cookies in any available mix.
• There is no separate customer card-processing fee.
• Delivery charges, when applicable, are disclosed before payment.
• Please request standard boxes at least 3 days ahead.
• Please request branded business boxes at least 7 days ahead.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if plans change. Changes and cancellations are accepted until production begins. Your order confirmation will state the applicable cutoff. After baking or custom print production begins, the committed portion of the order is nonrefundable. If LadyBug’s Bakery must cancel, you will receive a full refund.

Quality concerns and refunds

If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and the order details. Depending on the issue and timing, we will offer a replacement, bakery credit, or refund. We cannot replace cookies because of a personal flavor preference after the correct order was provided.

Pickup, delivery, and shipping

Pickup is available only at confirmed public locations or a listed farmers market. Residential pickup is not available. Local delivery may be offered depending on the date and area, with any charge confirmed before payment. We do not ship.

If you are delayed for pickup, contact us promptly. We will try to arrange another reasonable handoff, but same-day availability and refunds are not guaranteed for missed pickups.

Ingredients, allergens, and Indiana homestead vendor information

Each flavor card lists its description, current ingredients, net weight, and major allergens. Recipes and supplier ingredients can change, so the label attached to the physical product is the final source for that batch.

Products are made in a home kitchen where other allergens may be present. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, contact us before ordering so we can review the current product label and production conditions with you. We cannot promise an allergen-free environment.

In accordance with the Indiana rules used by the bakery in 2026, every wrapped product label includes the producer name and address, product description, ingredients, net weight, allergen and cross-contact information, and the required homestead vendor disclosure.

Business artwork and branded orders

Branded orders begin at one six-cookie box. A $35 setup fee applies to each new or changed design and covers print preparation plus a digital proof. Reasonable proof corrections are included. There is no setup fee when an approved design is reused without changes.

The customer confirms that they have permission to use the logos, images, and text supplied. Printing begins only after proof approval. Once design or printing work begins, the setup fee and completed custom work are nonrefundable.

Business cookie subscription

Business cookie subscription submissions are estimates and requests, not automatic reservations or signed agreements. LadyBug’s Bakery reviews the delivery address, quantity, frequency, preferred schedule, pricing, production capacity, and requested subscription term before providing or accepting a final agreement.

Subscription deliveries are invoiced monthly in advance for all deliveries scheduled during the following calendar month. Payment is due by the date shown on the invoice. A brief courtesy period may be allowed at LadyBug’s Bakery’s discretion, but it is not guaranteed. LadyBug’s Bakery is not required to begin production or make a delivery while an account is past due.

If a scheduled delivery falls on a day the customer’s business is closed for a recognized holiday, delivery will be made on the preceding business day unless the parties agree in writing to another date. The customer must provide at least 5 business days’ notice of a business-specific closure LadyBug’s Bakery could not reasonably be expected to know about.

The customer may skip or pause up to one scheduled delivery per calendar quarter with at least 5 business days’ written notice. A temporary quantity reduction may be requested with the same notice, but the delivery must remain at or above the 1-dozen minimum. Permanent reductions, frequency changes, or term changes require written approval. Additional cookies may be requested subject to availability and current pricing.

If payment is not made when due, LadyBug’s Bakery may suspend production and delivery, provide written notice of default, and allow 15 calendar days to cure the default. After an uncured default, LadyBug’s Bakery may terminate the agreement and may assess the Early Termination Charge.

If the customer terminates before the subscription end date, or LadyBug’s Bakery terminates because of an uncured customer default, LadyBug’s Bakery may assess an Early Termination Charge equal to 25% of the value of the remaining scheduled deliveries. Any unpaid amounts already due remain payable. LadyBug’s Bakery may waive or reduce the charge when circumstances justify doing so.

If a delivery arrives damaged or clearly not fresh, the customer should notify LadyBug’s Bakery within 24 hours. LadyBug’s Bakery will provide a replacement on the next available delivery day or an appropriate credit or refund. If LadyBug’s Bakery cannot complete a scheduled delivery, it will offer a replacement on the next available delivery day or provide a credit or refund.

Cookies purchased through this program are for the purchasing customer’s own use, including use by employees, clients, customers, guests, or gift recipients, and are not for resale.

The signed Business Cookie Subscription Agreement contains the complete terms and controls the subscription.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to answer you and prepare an order, such as your name, business name, email, phone, requested date, order details, delivery area, and any artwork you later provide. Subscription requests may also include the legal business name, authorized representative, billing email, business delivery address and instructions, delivery preferences, frequency, subscription dates, payment-method preference, and requested special terms. We do not sell personal information.

Order forms are sent through this website to our business email using a secure form-delivery provider. Elavon processes invoice payments, so LadyBug’s Bakery does not collect or store your complete card number on this website. We share information with service providers only as needed to deliver the request, payment, or order, and keep records only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, accounting, and legal requirements.

This site does not currently use advertising cookies or customer-tracking analytics. Because no optional tracking cookies are used, there is no cookie-consent banner to dismiss. Basic server logs may temporarily record technical information needed for security and reliable operation.
